The company provided pulled pork sandwiches, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, applesauce, beverages and other items for about 150 people who attended this free community meal, and a team of employees volunteered to set up, serve and clean up afterward.
Those who volunteered were:
Rick Friedli – Material Handler
Jordan Everson – Supplier Quality
Julie Wilhelm – Director of Quality
Nate Blasco – Manufacturing Engineering Technician
AnnaMarie Briamis - Quality Engineering Manager, Plant 6
Bill Conroy – Director of Materials/Syteline Team
Oscar Cantu – Quality Engineering Manager, Plant 5
Hannah Cease – Quality Manufacturing Coordinator
Derrick Schantz – Document Control Specialist
The Sunshine Supper is a free meal for those who face barriers to securing nutritious food, but it also aims to bring local residents together to enjoy friendship and fellowship. Meals are served every Monday night from 5:30–6:30 at 1632 W. Main St., Suite 200, in Sun Prairie, a city just down the road from Stoughton Trailers' headquarters in Stoughton, Wis.
Stoughton Trailers would like to thank Stoddard’s Country Grove Market for discounting the food purchased for the meal. Desserts were donated by Carl’s Cakes, as they are each Monday.
