In the Stoughton Courier Hub recap of the top 2022 local news stories, initiatives announced by Stoughton Trailers was the lead story.  The article mentions expanding our production by opening a new plant in Waco, Texas as well as our land acquisition with the intent of building a new corporate headquarters in Stoughton.

... In January, Stoughton Trailers - the area’s largest employer - announced plans for a new production line at its Stoughton facility and the purchase of land in Waco, Texas for a new manufacturing facility. Once ramped up to full production, the company expects to employ an additional 150 people in the Stoughton plant, assembling chassis and manufacturing components to feed the other chassis production lines.

Just a few months later, the company announced the purchase of land for a new corporate headquarters on the corner of Hwy. 51 and County B, in the far northwest corner of the City of Stoughton. Plans for the site include constructing a new corporate headquarters building and possibly additional public and/or private developments.
