Stoughton Trailers recently hired four new staff members who will be joining its management team.
Mark DeWane will serve as the new Plant Manager in Plant Six. DeWane has held the positions of Executive Senior Manager in Assembly, Body Shop and Paint Shop at Chrysler in Belvidere, Ill., where he worked for more than 30 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and a master of science degree in management.
Bill Hasz will join Stoughton Trailers as the new Sales Director, providing sales leadership to its dealer network. Hasz spent 14 years as Director of Industrial Products and Manager of Industrial Products at Universal Acoustic & Emission Technologies. Prior to his tenure at Universal, Hasz held several sales leadership roles with Fleetguard/Nelson Inc. He is also president of the Stoughton Community Foundation.
Lori Steen has been named the new Facilities Manager, providing leadership for major building projects, plant renovations and space requirements, as well as infrastructure requirements, equipment, and layout and installation of new product lines. She will work closely with facilities maintenance divisions, including equipment, building, grounds and fleet vehicles. Steen was most recently the Corporate Senior Facilities Manager at Ellsworth Adhesives, and prior to that, she served as Manager of Facilities Planning at Raytheon. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, is a certified six sigma specialist and is a certified Facility Management Professional (FMP).
Jim Hansen will come on board as the new Supply Chain Manager in the Purchasing department. Hansen will be responsible for strategy steel commodity, merging materials and purchasing, as well as driving material excellence for Stoughton Trailers. Hansen previously served as Sourcing Manager at Nelson Global Products and Cummins for more than 12 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
