Stoughton, WI, July 2, 2014 – STI Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Stoughton Trailers, LLC, announced today the acquisition of Barrett Trailers, LLC. Barrett is located in Purcell, Oklahoma and is a leading manufacturer of gooseneck stock trailers, groundload livestock trailers, and semi livestock trailers, with the primary purpose of hauling hogs and cattle.
